What's New

A Single Intelligence Surface

Conversational AI and dashboards now live in one place. Answers arrive as structured cards you can drill into, switch between chart and table, and refine with type-ahead suggestions — always stating how much data they are based on. Dashboards fill automatically with live portfolio data, including category-level breakdowns and progress by site.

Photo Editing in the Survey Editor

Photos can now be rotated, tagged, and deleted — with recycle bin restore — directly in the editor, alongside noticeably faster thumbnail loading. Correcting a sideways or mislabeled photo no longer requires a re-capture.

Publish Surveys with a Preview

Push survey answers live to your connected data, but review and approve the exact changes first so nothing is overwritten by surprise.

Smarter Asset Extraction

Choose whether to extract only new items or re-run everything, watch progress live as AI works, and cancel a run that stalls.

Advanced Drawing Markup

Create and manage pin groups with custom colors and shapes, add arrows, duplicate shapes, attach videos to pins, and import pin locations directly from PDF annotations.

Zero Media Loss in the Field

  • A photo or video is never marked as uploaded until delivery is confirmed on the server
  • Duplicate captures are cleared automatically once delivery is verified
  • Technicians can generate a secure backup of pending captures from their profile

Every Gap Surfaced for Review

Any field our AI could not confidently read is now queued for human review with the supporting photo attached, instead of being left blank. Required fields for key trades always go to a reviewer before being written to the record, regardless of AI confidence.

Named Reports and On-Demand Exports

Name a report before it is generated, then trigger PDF and survey exports whenever you need them, with progress shown as they build.

Improvements

Excel ExportsClearer file naming, server-side photo resizing for smaller and faster files, and graceful behavior when no custom template is configured.

Report NamingDeliverables now follow a project’s own naming convention automatically, with state and province names shortened to standard two-letter codes.

Filtering at ScaleProperty filtering moved to a high-performance service, and large-portfolio queues now load reliably regardless of size.

Client View PreviewSee the portal exactly as your client sees it before you share anything.

Public Video ViewerShare video captures through a public link, no account required.

Site Visit TrackingLog site visits against a project, with bulk operations for busy weeks.

Equipment RecordsPurchase dates, maintenance mode status, and a running commentary log.

Upload VisibilityPending photos, videos, and AR captures are counted separately so you know exactly what is still uploading.

Proactive MonitoringAutomated alerts and more accurate volume tracking mean turnaround slips are caught immediately.

Bug Fixes

Fixed large filter queries failing on portfolios with many properties.
Marking an item as illegible now closes consistently across every surface and records the correct value, with finer zoom control and an undo action.
Requesting several reports for the same property at once is now fully reliable, resolving a timing issue with overlapping requests.
Video processing that hangs now times out and retries automatically, so a single problem file can no longer block the upload queue.
Fixed sorting on several client project columns and corrected column labels.
Sign-in state is now preserved correctly while the app loads.
Resolved reported package security vulnerabilities.
