Findings and recommended actions now come from a new assessment data model, giving more complete and reliable condition summaries in every property report — both overall and per category.
Portfolio-Scale Exports
Cross-site exports now work reliably across entire portfolios, so administrators can pull a complete data set in one action rather than site by site.
Schedule-Aware Property Access
- Technicians see properties grouped by what is scheduled for them today, with a clear prompt when opening a site ahead of its scheduled date
- Recently visited properties stay available even when connectivity to the scheduling service drops
- Upload indicators now reflect the property you are viewing rather than mixing activity across sites
Email Automation Rules
Build rules that send the right message to the right people automatically — dynamic recipients, push notifications, and a full HTML editor with reusable variables — plus a complete history of which emails went out, to whom, and when.
Live Time Tracking
Work sessions now tick live as they run, pause automatically when a status changes, and roll straight into delivery tracking with filtering by time range.
Enhanced VR Tour Viewer
The VR tour viewer received a significant overhaul, with smoother navigation and improved controls for exploring captured spaces.

Faster Page Loads — Eliminated a major source of slowdown on the properties listing and made dashboard site counts both faster and more accurate.
Gradual Rollouts — New infrastructure lets us release features progressively and enable capabilities per client, meaning safer launches and earlier access for clients who want it.
Duplicate Project Detection — Duplicate projects are detected and linked at creation — individually or in bulk — so nobody works the same job twice.
Excel Template Mapping — Map form fields to spreadsheet cells by pointing and clicking instead of typing references by hand.
