Excel Deliverables on Demand
Site survey data can now be exported straight into your own Excel templates — answers, property information, evaluations, and embedded photos — generated on our servers and delivered automatically. Exports respect per-option and per-state cell mappings, so the output matches your existing reporting formats exactly.
New Site Closeout Photo Report
A brand-new deliverable that presents captured photography and site documentation in a polished, client-ready format — including drone capture summaries, organised photo sections, and supporting documents embedded directly in the PDF.
A Clearer Answer Model
Survey answers now follow a precise four-state model, including a dedicated "Can’t answer" option with a documented reason. An unanswered question is now visibly distinct from a question that genuinely has no answer.

Role-Based Property Access
In the field app, property visibility is now driven by account role — platform administrator, organization member, or contractor — so each user sees exactly the sites they are responsible for.
