Release Notes

July 13 – July 27, 2026

What's New

Rebuilt Client Portal

Portfolio summary cards, project progress, asset counts, delivery dates, access notes, and downloadable drawings — all on one sortable page.

Project Workspace Views

Every project now opens into dedicated Overview, Assets, Photos, Site Attributes, and Deficiencies views, with scope, access, and map tabs in the header.

Facility AI Assistant

Ask questions about a facility in plain language and get answers grounded in your own survey and asset data.

Excel Deliverables on Demand

Site survey data can now be exported straight into your own Excel templates — answers, property information, evaluations, and embedded photos — generated on our servers and delivered automatically. Exports respect per-option and per-state cell mappings, so the output matches your existing reporting formats exactly.

New Site Closeout Photo Report

A brand-new deliverable that presents captured photography and site documentation in a polished, client-ready format — including drone capture summaries, organised photo sections, and supporting documents embedded directly in the PDF.

A Clearer Answer Model

Survey answers now follow a precise four-state model, including a dedicated "Can’t answer" option with a documented reason. An unanswered question is now visibly distinct from a question that genuinely has no answer.

Developer API Playground

Explore and test API endpoints interactively before writing a line of integration code.

Role-Based Property Access

In the field app, property visibility is now driven by account role — platform administrator, organization member, or contractor — so each user sees exactly the sites they are responsible for.

Improvements

Self-Serve Exports & ImportsClients can now run their own exports and imports, with clear indicators for anything not yet unlocked on their plan.

Built for VolumeReport requests are processed through a managed queue, so large batches are handled smoothly, requests are never lost, and failures retry automatically.

AI Reliability ReviewA human verification layer over automatically approved assets, complete with nameplate photography and fallback galleries.

Consistent Review StandardsA curated library of reference examples and question hints keeps reviewers working to the same visual standard across deliverables.

Access ControlMenu and route visibility is now fully configurable from an admin dashboard, with role and tag rules replacing hard-coded permissions.

Field App NavigationPrevious and Next now move seamlessly across survey sections, Yes/No questions are explicitly labeled, and tap-to-focus makes nameplate shots easier to capture.

Video in FormsAuthor video into forms and play it inline, so field guidance and evidence live alongside the questions.

Download TrayStart several downloads and track them all from one place instead of watching a single file at a time.

Protecting Human DecisionsA re-processed survey can never overwrite a decision a person already made — reviewed data stays reviewed.

Clearer File NamingDeliverables now carry a naming prefix that reflects the report type, making files easier to identify at a glance.

Fixed cases where similarly-named assets were merged together in photo downloads.

Offline data is preserved across sign-out, and cached property information is never shared between accounts on a shared device.
