Deficiencies are now presented in a structured, sortable table, so it is immediately clear what needs attention at each site.
Instant AI Asset Recognition
Nameplate photos now go straight to our AI recognition engine instead of passing through a preliminary scanning step. Assets are identified faster and with fewer hand-offs along the way.
Direct-to-Cloud Video Uploads
Site videos now upload straight to cloud storage, with a clearer "Upload All" experience so technicians can see exactly what is in progress.
White-Label Report Branding
QR deliverables can now be issued with or without our logo, with customer logo support across the document layout — so packages can be handed straight to your own clients as fully white-label documents.
Export Exactly What You Need
Client project exports are now fully configurable: pick your columns, drag to reorder them, and save the setup for next time.
A New Modeling Calendar
A rebuilt scheduling calendar with compact and full card views, blocked date ranges, late-project tracking, a worked-hours-only filter, and shareable views that remember your filters in the link.

Search & Photo Access — A new search bar makes it faster to find what you are looking for, and asset photos are easier to open and review directly from the site record.
QR Codes in Asset Exports — Asset exports now include the QR Code ID for each item, so scanned tags in the field line up directly with your spreadsheet records.
Expanded Asset Coverage — Added support for a new Gas category, including CO2 tanks and gas meters.
Sharper Photo Handling — Improved control over how many images appear per report, avoiding overcrowded pages and keeping layouts consistent.
Better Equipment Age Estimates — Manufacture dates read from nameplates now feed the estimated-age calculation more consistently.
Repeat Asset Capture — Adding several assets in a row now carries shared details forward automatically, with an optional walkthrough you can dismiss for good.
Access Control — Refined permissions across exports, bulk actions, and templates so each role sees exactly what it should.
