Release Notes
June 15 – June 29, 2026What's New
A Redesigned Property Experience
Property pages have been rebuilt with a cleaner layout, faster navigation, and a property switcher that lets you jump between sites without losing your place.
Immersive 3D Site Tours
3D walkthrough tours are now embedded directly into the survey experience, so you can walk a space while reviewing its data side by side.
Survey Overview at a Glance
A new overview panel summarizes each video survey — completion progress, key findings, and clearer percentage labels — so you can understand a site’s status in seconds instead of scrolling through every question.
Explainable Deficiency Detection
Deficiency detection now follows a deterministic, fully explainable set of rules. Every flagged item can be traced back to the evidence and logic that produced it — no black boxes in your reports.
Capture Now, Upload in the Background
- Photos, videos, and surveys share one media pipeline, optimized right after capture and uploaded in the background
- Batch submission works consistently across assets, videos, and surveys, with accurate progress for the whole batch
- The app reconciles unfinished uploads on relaunch, resuming what is incomplete and clearing what already arrived
Faster Reports, Smaller Files
Photo processing was optimised and image sizing tuned, so reports are quicker to generate, quicker to open, and far easier to email or share. Teams can also request large volumes of reports in a single run — ideal for portfolio-wide programmes.
Real-Time Collaborative Documents
Multiple people can now edit the same rich text document at the same time, with every change appearing live for everyone.
A Recycle Bin for Assets and Photos
Deleted assets now move to a recoverable recycle bin instead of disappearing, so accidental removals are easy to undo.
Improvements
Field Evidence — Surveyors can capture and attach their own supporting evidence during video surveys, adding on-the-ground context to the record.
Scope Validation — Projects can no longer advance to the next stage with an incomplete scope. A clear dialog shows precisely what is missing, and a change history explains what moved and when.
Read-Only Access — A new read-only mode lets stakeholders explore the platform safely without the ability to change data.
App Updates You Control — When a new version is available you now see a prompt instead of an unexpected reload mid-task.
Property Data Accuracy — Square footage and other site attributes display exactly as recorded, and reports are grouped correctly at the organisation level.
Workflow Stages — Secondary stages for modeling readiness and proposals, plus secondary quality assurance assignments, so parallel workstreams no longer compete for one status.
Export History — Every project export is now logged and reviewable.
Site Report Filters — An additional filter makes it easier to narrow down to exactly the subset of data you need.
Custom Video Naming — Site videos can be renamed after recording, with sensible automatic names applied by default.
